I have a similar ongoing problem My PF #MH/THA/43037/52017...Its been 11 Months now and the claim is not yet submitted, they generated a ticket for my complain, when i emailed them on this email id hr.[protected]@wns.com, the ticket #[protected] and gave the resolution after some hours saying that

I was an employee of WNS global services from Jan 2016 to November 2016.
For my Aadhar KYC verification need approval from the establishment. It is required to close my previous UAN number. Kindly suggest steps to approve the same.

3 Global Services — corrected PF cheque not received
PF No: MH/BAN/46320/21006I received my PF cheque in august but the account number mentioned on the cheque was wrong so I sent the cheques along with an appplication back to the PF dept to "Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan" in Bandra through registered mail. almost 3 months have passed and there is no response from the dept. Can someone do something about it? When will I receive my cheques with the correct account nu. mentioned on it?
