1) WNS Global Services located at Vikhroli Mumbai, demands from the employees of the company to serve 2 months of notice period otherwise with legalize jargons, forcefully compel the employees to compensate with 2 months of gross salary in order to grab good career opportunities, health issues, Further studies etc....., its ridiculous!

I am an exemployee of WNS.I submitted my PF form in January and I had been waiting for my PF however it still did not get credited.Now after 4 months

The company rule states you have to give a 2 months notice period before leaving the company. However, if your are being terminated there is no logical way this rule can be applied to employees.
