WNS GLOBAL SERVICES — PF not transferred

I have left the company in dec 2007 only. I had filled PF transfer form to transfer the amount to my existing PF account in my present company but it has not happened. If companies actually cheat us in the name of PF the whole idea of saving hard earned money becomes futile.

I am an Ex employee with WNS having PF account no MH/THA/43037/103681. I have applied for PF long back. I have not received any update. Its very disappointing and to be honest its just because of the management that I have resigned from the organisation. Please update within 48 hours.

Being a current employee of this company, I am better aware of it. I would not suggest anyone, even to my worst enemy to join this company or this industry even.

Couple of days back, when I reported my Senior Manager about the wrong doing of my Team Leader, as he was influencing me as a QC to hide the error finding for the sake of his own incentives in the Onshore report.

The Manager and Team Leader along with HR framed me that how could I got influenced at the very first place & asked me to resign on the point. I was shocked after listening this.

Though they always show that they have a perfect & non biased governance. its of no use for employees.

After much of thinking, I decided to move out and I resigned from the company.

Now, I have decided not to work with any BPO or a call centre ever in the future. I am recently completed a training and looking for a better change.

Even i had a very tough time when i was working there, the senior pay no heed to fellow employees problems. Better not to join...make others also aware about games WNS plays.

Recruitment people are bunch of crap. They make you wait and require you to fill up application forms with stupid questions like, your religion, your facebook account, age, sex, work of your siblings, etc. These people do not know anything about "social responsibility" and "ILO standards".

Hi, frnds even I've been. Facing the same problem. Before joining into WNS i thought i would make better career there but later i come to know that there will no growth at all and very next day i met group manager regarding my resignation, but that group manager had scolded me & said that he will ruin my career by putting my name in the black list and by blocking my passport so that i can't go other countries for job. From that day i got into depression, I'm unable to do any work. After 20 days i left job with out informing them, because i was scared to inform them. Now they are harassing me and my parents by doing calls and they threatened me to pay amt 45000 for leaving the job, if wont pay the amt they said they will file suit against me. Now my went into depression by this act, my father health is not good still They r harassing me my family. I don't like to work with WNS its really really no.1 harassment organization

I wish, I could have seen these complaints and comments before joining this pathetic and ridiculous company WNS. My life became hell working here. the recruiters hire the candidates giving wrong information about food coupons, night allowance, transport and process incentives, just to earn their incentives on hiring number of people. I join in August 2015. At the time of giving offer letter the recruiter said that there is no agreement or bond to join the biggest crap. but when I left my previous job and went for documentation, they gave an agreement for 6 months to sign. The conditions were, if I leave the company without giving 2 months notice period, I will have to pay 1 lac as compensation. And the heights of cheating is, you all are would not believe, the recruiters did not tell any of new joiners that we are signing a bond. They even did not allow a while to read the agreement, we are asked to sign in no moment without reading that doc. Being asked about that agreement, they said it's not an agreement, just sign it. Last but not the least, they give xerox copy of offer letter not the original one.Now 3 months are going to be completed after joining, I am not getting what to do at this point of time. After reading all the complaints above, now I understood why they do it this way. Please suggest me, how should I get rid of this company?

Please jo koyee wns global joint karna chahata hai o joint na kare because vaha ka jo employees ke sath relationships hai o mai aapko shear karna chahunga...mai wns global mai pichale 1 Saal 4 month se kaam kar raha hu or mai college karate karate job kar raha tha... or abhi meri exam aayee to maine leave ke liy apply kiya to vaha se muze kaha leave nahi milegi...yadi exam dena hai to job chod or exam de but leave nahi milegi...because un longo ko employees ki jarurat hi nahi hai...

Hi My name is ganesh mudhaliar my employee id was 124520 was working as a senior customer service agent in vip (travelocity) mumbai managers name was vikrant tiwari and my tl name was meghana iyengar i joined wns on 07 jan 2008 and left on 19/06/09 by following all the exit formalities but yet i have not rec my pf which was inf to me that it will be credited after 6 months so now it is more than that
