Ref. Bill No. 7678, Bill Dt. 12/01/2011 Article : GC = 407107 CML 40.
Sub. Inherent Manufacturing Defect in the shoes purchased.

Dear Sir
This complaint is in reference with the aforesaid shoe pair which I had purchased from your outlet at aforesaid address, on 12/01/2011.
I have past good experience about a sweat leather shoe pair which I had purchased from your aforesaid outlet two years back. The said shoes I used during rains, in winter season, in summer season and even on my tour to South Korea where there was snow. Satisfied with the quality of the shoes and your esteemed brand, on 12/01/2011, I purchased another pair of sweat leather shoe of Camel colour. I started using the said shoe pair everyday thereafter.
However whenever I did cleaning of dust from the said Camel colour shoe with brush, which also I had purchased from your outlet, I found that, from the left shoe lot of fibre is flit flying from in the air. To my utter surprise, this flit flying of fibre in the air was not stopping even after I brushed that shoe for more than 8 minutes. After I stopped brushing the said shoe, I found that fibre from left shoe is raised and is standing and the shoe is looking very ugly. Therefore I carried out the minute examination of left shoe and right shoe and to my utter surprise the quality of leather used for both shoes at their “Wing cap”, “Tongue”, “Insole”, “Steel Shank”, “surrounding area to Heel Grip” and “Vamp” is different. The finishing of the shoes is not done properly and even the quality of leather used for manufacturing the said shoe pair is different for both and poor. The shoe pair is having inherent defect which cannot be solved by finishing.
I had never expected this can happen with your company shoes. Therefore on 18/02/2011, I went to your aforesaid outlet and explained the things to Mr. Santosh – the Salesman, who was quiet understanding and he told me to leave the shoe pair with the said outlet of yours. However the manager on counter was very arrogant misbehaved and was not ready to listen anything and asked me to use the said shoes as it is.
This all experience was quiet disheartening and really impeached/ tarnished your companies’ image in my mind.
In the given circumstances, hope you will take this complaint seriously and give me replacement of the shoe pair with new one.

I have lodged the aforesaid complaint with your Aero club on 18.2.2011, however I have not got any positive responce.

Mr. Sushil the counter manager at your Aero club is very non-responsive, arrogant and doesnot know how to behave with the customers.

From your counter managers attitude it seems that Woodland doesnot need customers.

If my aforesaid problem cannot be solved within 7 days time, I will need to approach the court of law.

Take a serious note of it.

Yours faithfully

Adv. Rahul Risbud
