[Resolved] WWICS Immigration Services — FALSE PROMISE FOR JOB AND DELAY IN ISSUING REFUND | |
My brother took the services of WWICS mumbai branch for immigration to Canada thru arranged employment, they asked him to pay in adavnce for the job a total fo $10,000, after 6mths they told him that they cannot arrange for the job and he will get a refund,when he askd for the refund they are saying that it will take 90 days for the refunds process. my brother had taken a mortage for this work as they took him confidence that the work will be done for sure in 6 to 8 months. They invest the money and after a few months say that they cannot do the work and provide stupid excuses, and delay for the refund, they will talk very sweetly with yoou till they receive the money and will practically acll evrey day. The staff are extremly curt and rude Mr Nazim Bharwani and the asst br. manager Jyoti Suryawanshi and useless and have no ethics. My sugesstion never ever trust in this company, its is run by some Colonels who have fraud cases registered against them. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi All,
This is Johnson Again. I finally nailed this Cheating company. I filed my case against this company in the mohali district consumer court and won it. The state consumer court ordered them to return my full amount with litigation charges.
However these buggers went for a stay at the state consumer court in Chandigarh. They knew that if they comply with the state court verdict, then it will be a motivation and solid proof for many similar cases.
When I reached the state court with my arguments all ready, they wanted to strike a compromise with me and thereby avoid the court hassles. That itself shows that they agree to their mistake (or lets say Fraud). My employer wanted me to be transfered to another town and so I thought that a compromise is a better option than going ahead with the case at the court which could take a lot time and money. I did not lose much with the compromise (probably they just wanted to get rid of me off their backs) so accepted it.
My suggestion to all those who feel that they are cheated by this company, to please go to the consumer court, provided that you have all supporting documents with you. without documents the company could definitely twist the case.
cases with the district consumer court will not take a long time to come to a conclusion. usually within 3 months of time and this short time is one of the factors that motivated me to go against them at the court.

These guys have told me that they have office in Toronto which will assist me in getting a job there... upfront fees are around 50, 000 + taxes to get the process started. Just wondering if the company is original or fake!!!
Let me know if anyone of you know a good immigration consultant in PUNE !!! I guess most of the immigration consultants are on this site... how do I judge if the consultant is good or bad ??

I agree with you as my case is somewhat similar. I registered for canadian immigration through WWICS in June 2008 after getting assurance (which turned out to be false) from the company that I will qualify; can you email me your mobile number to [protected]@gmail.com. Would like to talk to you. I am in punjab staying close to the company's headoffice. If the company does not refund my retainer fee, then sure am gonna go the consumer court. I will see to it that they are in put in deep s***.
Anybody else (reading this post) living in chandigarh / mohali and who has similar problems with WWICS - ur emails are welcome and i would definitely like to talk to you guys.
