WWICS always misguide me for my immigration documents.they had prepared insufficient file even taking big amount of money as their sevice fee.ang not attending even my calls ther never follow my case their self and not provide infomation on time .they have told me in starting that if my file is not accepted for canada Govt they will sent file with originals ,but now they are telling that my all original cant be back .they are not showing intrest now and closed my case .i even want to withdraw their representaion from my case and my money back as i had paid 50,000 rs. just for nothing.pls help me in this concern so taht i can do something on time Was this information helpful? | |||

wwics always misguide me and they prepared my wrong filing and thats why my canada study visa case is refused and now i dont know what can i do now and hate them and my all money is get wasted and please permitt my complaint tellme what can i do

the same thing has happened with me in my case they have not even started any proceedings and say that just bcoz they will do it some time may be even ten years i have to wait and they will deduct the money for what?
I have paid the amount of AED 4, 400 as per plan suggested by your company representative Achal Arora (Assistant Branch Manager), with respect to process the application for Australia immigration.
Fact to the Case – File number 76294
I have received the list of required information from Rakhi (Sr. Consultant) and I have prepared as needed after suggestion from your lawyer for immigration.
I have mentioned the fact to Achal in email and verbally that I am working with my company as an manager of Back office support services (accountant), and he suggest me that he can file my case as an internal auditor for immigration and there is no problem, based on his advice I have submitted all the documents in good faith to Achal.
I have done each and every thing whatever mentioned by your assistant manager (Achal), but my assessment result has come negative.
Complain:-
1) What service I get from your organization? Except the checklist of documents 2 pages, which is available on website already?
2) Is Achal is playing with client money and learning the process of immigration?
3) Why he asked me to prepare the experience certificate if it does not match with requirement of assessment authorities?
4) What Achal, Rakhi and your lawyer has verified before submission of my documents to assessment authorities?
5) How he can commit to client that faith on us we will do the immigration for you?
Your assistant Branch manager Achal is good sales manager, because he can lie very easily on behalf of your esteemed organization.
