[Resolved] www.Fashion And You.com / Palio Wrist Watch — Not refunding the amount for returned defective product | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased Palio Wrist watch from www.fashionandyou.com vide Order Number - 1007354 dated 29/10/2011 amt - 2499. The watch was delivered to me and due to defect the same was returned to them which was done after their consent. Now the site representatives are saying that the box delivered to them was EMPTY ..... I have also received a confirmation from the courier company ( Professional Couriers ) in mail stating that the parcel was delivered as it is and the same mail i have already sent to the website representatives. Still they are not refunding me the money for the product returned. Its been almost 2 months now in this matter and have really been harassed alot.
