[Resolved] www.Freecharge.in — Money deducted from Account but no recharge | |
Tried to recharge my mobile 3 times of Rs 100, Rs 30 and Rs 30 through www.freecharge.in.. Each time respective amount deducted from my bank account but none of the recharge was successfull. There is no customer care number available on the website. Only an email address is mentioned and in order to raise a complain I need the Order Id but unfortunately that order Id is not reflecting in my account transactions details(freecharge.in account). same thing happen to me last night i hope this looks like an cheating website..meanwhile one r two recharge alone being not done rest other done anyhow they have committed a mistake...
