www.orchidsnroses.com — after full payment nothing is delivered

I ordered the flowers from the www.orchidsnroses.com, full payment was deducted next day. But nothing is delivered yet.
As mentioned on the site i already send many mails to [protected]@gmail.com but there is not a single reply.
Also nobody is answering the phone number Mobile: + 91 [protected] mentioned on the site...

Same thing happened to me also. My flowers were not delivered. Today only I saw all the same kind of complains here.

I have however posted my complain here and after I sent them a mail saying what kind of fraud they are. They sent few mails saying they are not responsible for anything and its ccavenue who is responsible. and CCAVENUE is saying they have nothing to do with it. its going back n forth.

A lady named Madhshree Rathi called me shouting and abusing saying why i am complaining and why i am writing such mails!!

They are not only frauds but abusive as well - this company is filled with illiterate who get abusive with clients.

What to do? Dont know wht their website is not yet banned?
