This company has been claiming to charge a lower fare than other radio cabs, at Rs15/km. However, all its cab meters fradulently run at the higher rate of Rs20/km, which is reflected in the metered fare amount and in the printed receipts.
I have used them four times in the past few months, and now realise that I have ALWAYS been overcharged at the higher rate.
Subsequently, I also found out from my friends that they have always been overcharging despite their claims otherwise, and unless the passenger is aware and asks for the reduced rate, they are cheated everytime.
Stern action needs to and should be taken against this cheating company, which should be debarred from operating in the country.
