[Resolved]  Yahoo Mail — mail box does not respond

Hi,

From the last 2 months i am facing this problem. I am not able to open any mail. If it opens, takes a lot of time and if there is any attachment in the mail, Its not opening at all. I am not able to open any attachment in the mail. If i delete some mails from my mailbox, after refreshing it, again appear in my mailbox. Today i have changed my mail version to classic. this too is giving same prolem. I m not able to operate my yahoo mail box. Please resolve me in this matter as soon as possible.

With all due respect I would like to draw your attention to a great issue which I have been facing since the last 24 Hours.

I cannot access my Yahoo Mail which carries the ID: surya[protected]@yahoo.com

I have been using this mail ID for years and [protected] is my Mobile Number.

I would be greatful to you if you can reset my Password and send the same to my other mail ID: surya.[protected]@yahoo.com or to my Gmail ID: suryaray[protected]@gmail.com or surya.ray.[protected]@gmail.com

I would also like to send you my ID Proves like my PAN Card Scan Copy and also My Driving Lisence Scan Copy if required. As for this I need a mail ID where I can send the same.

Please help me to get this Yahoo Mail ID, as my PayPal and all my major Contacts are with this Mail ID only.

My yahoo mail box does not respond, I can sign into yahoo mail and navigate to any of the other pages but my mails do not respond, i am not able to view my mails from 15 days . .as i receive all my business mails on yahoo id, im not able to open my mail box, this problem occurs only on my PC., i can check my mails on any other computers, i think there is some problem with settings on my PC. kindly help me.

I have the same problem .Although my id and password of yahoomail are correct and it accepts but mail page does not open, but hotmail, Gmail and rediffmail open immediately. If any one answers the solution pls. reply on "[protected]@hotmail.com"

It had been locked or password not reset online from 15th August
I have many many contact's ID in this ID. So I am so so so many many sad.
