[Resolved]  Yahoo Msn Lottery — Is this email a real one or a fake one

THere comes an email and says that you have won this amount and asks to reply filling a form and when you do that this email is received. what is this is this a fake email or a genuine one. how can i send an email to yahoo or msn or gmail about complaining about this. if any one know let me know please. this email was recieved in my gmail id.
