Yahoo Msn Lottery, Pepsi Bottling Lottery, Bmw Lottery — Complaint for getting mails of winning prizes

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Uday Parmar from Ahmedabad. I want to know that the above companies are present or not. Because I always get mails from the above companies regarding winning lotto. When I send them my personal details, they send me the corier company's details and courier company send me the shipping charges details, account no., account holders name, branch name of my city etc. They want me that first you have to pay then only we will send you your winning cheque. Sir, If the companies are present then why don't they give me CASH ON DELIVERY or give me the permission to send my friend to their office with my AUTHORITY LETTER with SIGNATURE to collect my cheque. I want you please cheque the status of these companies and if they are cheater companies then take LEGAL ACTIONS on them.
