Yatra — Booking Cancelled Amount not refunded

We had booked a Trip to Alappuzha Kerala through Yatra on 23/05/2012, Vide Booking Reference # YT9593071. The Booking was for 2 days stay in Punnamada Resort & 1 day stay in JCT Houseboat. The Stay in Houseboat was for[protected] to[protected]. However on[protected] we got to know from our resort that there is a strike going on by Houseboat association & all the bookings have been cancelled. (This was supposed to be notified to us by Yatra but they did not cared to update us regarding the strike), we ourselves called Yatra 6-7 times for the status but could not get any satisfactory reply from them, Later we got the number of Houseboat operator who gave us the status that the strike could not be taken off & if the booking will be cancelled they will refund the amount to Yatra. Later after repeated follow-ups we received a call from Yatra at 21:30 that the bookings have been cancelled & as alternative solution they would provide us Motor Boat ride for 5 hours and later they would shift us to another resort after motor boat ride. Which we did not except are demanded to cancel our booking. On which Mr. Deepak (extn # 2042) confirmed us that, as per our demand we will not be provided alternate tour & entire booking amount for Houseboat will be refunded to us within 3-4 days & he would also send as the confirmation mail regarding the same on the same night. It has been around a week still the amount has not been refunded nor we have received any confirmation mail from Yatra. Even the executives are not answering the calls.
