Yatra.com — Booking not shown and cancellation not getting done ...yatra.com is pathetic service

Yatra.com cancellation of rail booking. I had done train bookings yesterday on Yatra.com. MY yatra booking ref no is 98I8WG. Amt INR 7174.47 The train bookings are not seen under ' my bookings ' section, even though I got confirmation of successful ticket booking through SMS from Yatra.com. now I wish to cancel my train booking, but cannot see it in 'my bookings' section. there is no facility of cancellation through phone, as their message says it needs to be cancelled through online my bookings section only. I have sent a query to yatra.com, but have not got any reply as of yet. Yatra. Com is pathetic service! No replies despite number of emails sent to them.
