[Resolved] Yatra.com — Refund not done for Canceled Ticket | |||
Hi, I have canceled my yatra tickets on 10th June & till now the refund has not been done. I called up customer care lot of times that includes superviser Pawan & Ansul jain. Whenever I callled up them they said that they will call me within 1 hour or email me. This is the complained no. 'yatra=[protected]'. They are doing fraud. We have to come up & distroy this kind of bad & antisocial elements. It's being more then 2 months I havn't got my money refunded back. I called up more then 25 times the customer care & now the no. they have given is chargeble, so we have to bear this cost also. Is it justifiable?
