I booked manasarovar yatra booking reference ID is S316009.
I booked this ticket on 12th May 2013 ( Time 2.30 PM ) for Manasarovar yatra on May 27th 2013 with Suvudha Kanojia.
Even during booking she hurried me to pay the amount and asked me to send the docs immediately. I have done my job like paying the required amount , sending Docs within 3 hours of time. All my docs are received as per the courier to your office. I have send all my docs including my original passport , other docs immediately within a day. I did not get any information about the docs and the process yet . Everytime I call to the customer care I get a response saying that someone would call you and inform me about the docs and trip. None of them responded yet. I do not know why so much reluctant to give information for a customer.
The payment as per the Website is 92023 for May 27th trip. They charged me 99023 . there is no explanation given to this. Please also revert back the extra amount (7000 Rs) which I have paid.If there are any issues please let me know.
I already lodged my complaint via the website for a New complaint 3 days ago. But no response from any one.This is reason for escalation.
