[Resolved]  Yatra Services Limited — Refund not given fully as stated

I had booked my ticket through yatra.com website for my wife and self from Cochin to Jorhat in a single ticket but when i had to cancel the ticket of my wife they indicated in the website that i would be getting a refund of Rs 7646.49/ but eventually refunded me with only Rs 6896.49/ (Yatra Reference no NVYS6C and Airline PNR No is RCU3L3). On contacting the customer care they asked my pardon and told me that it was their mistake and the further amount will be refunded to me at the earliest. The conversation went on for some weeks but finally they are saying that the refund will be only Rs 6896.49 because they are further cutting the airline cancellation charges per sector as RS 750 x 02 = 1500. But i had booked the travel in one single ticket and as per the cancellation amount shown while cancelling the ticket i should be getting Rs 7646.49/-. I hope my case will be taken up and i will be getting a compensation amount for my precious time wasted for this for more than two months.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am an Officer & Instructor of the National Defence Academy writing with lots of grievances to the complaint cell of BSNL. I had applied for a New BSNL Connection with Broadband (850 ULD Combo Plan) on 23 Jan 2013 with the Application No: MHPUN[protected]. The connection falls under the Uttamnagar Exchange of PUNE SSA. I was assured that I will be given the phone connection in 04 days and the broadband connection in one week time.

But inspite of being in constant touch with the SDO, Mr Matapati o[censored]ttamnagar Exchange, I could manage to get the telephone line only after 9 Days that too after repeated and desperate phone calls to the SDO. Today is the 16th day after I had applied for the New connection but till now I have not got the Broadband connection installed at my home (My New BSNL Landline No is[protected] & Broadband Application No: MHPUN[protected]). I am still repeatedly calling up the Uttamnagar Exchange and also the SDO, Mr Matapati but no positive response till now.

This is causing huge trauma & harassment to me because i am deprived of such service which I am entitled to. I feel 16 Days is a huge enough time to put up Broadband Connection. I hope this callous and careless attitude of the BSNL employees will be looked into. If the BSNL employees show such callous & Careless attitude then I am sure that the Customer Service of BSNL will remain at shambles. If my issue is not addressed I would like to raise my copmplaint in the CORE Centre (Consumer Online Resourses & Empowerment Centre) also. I hope my grievances will be addressed at the earliest.
