We have gone through our records and found that the refund for Ref # YT5846904 has been processed as on 10th March, 2011. After this, the bank generally takes approx. 3-4 days to credit the money into the account.
Why don't you check with your bank and tell us if there's still any problem.

I have made two air ticket from yatra.com (Gurgaon) through phone ([protected]) two way ticket DELHI - MOSCOW - HAVANA on Wed, Dec 15, 2010 at 10:35 PM. travel date was 15JAN2011 - 02FEB2011. the payment through credit card partially payment Rs.42017.
