[Resolved]  Yebhi.com — fraud

I have purchased two articles from online shopping site Yebhi.com.My order no was YBH1018393,dated 15/1/2012.
Out of two article one was defective.Accordingly I called the customer care and returned both the article via DTDC courier(K[protected].
They have received the CN but told that only 1 article was there in the packet.Then I have confirmed with courier and found that weight at the time of booking and delivery was same.So no question of discrepancy from courier part.and the same thing I have intimated to Yebhi.com with proof from courier.But they denied and refunded only one article.They were supposed to bear the cost of courier also but they dint.
Please help.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a shoe form yebhi.com online( order code ; YBH966849 ) for size number 5 and had been delivered size 6. I was issued a gift voucher for the same amount ,e.i. 1400.00 Rs, which i could avail within 3 month's to purchase yebhi products. Second time also i opted for the same shoe ( order code ; YBH1000321) which showed size 5 and again on delivery received the same shoe with size 6 in the same shoe box. This time when i returned back the show and the people for yebhi refund dept. contacted me, i had directed them to refund the amount for Rs 1400.00 to my citibank credicard. first they denied for the refund instead said will send a cheque for the same amount in 10-12 business days and when told them would lodge a complain , they had put me through their refund manager mr biju. Biju promised me to refund the amount to my credit card a/c not refund have been done till dates and it's been two weeks that they are telling we will refund and they haven't. Also it is me the customer who is always calling yebhi.com , nobody from yebhi had tried to followup with me, whether the refund has been processed or the refund is going to be delayed.
And today as i called up yebhi.com and asked to transfer the call to mr biju, i got a reply he is in a meeting. I had lost my pacience of waiting for refund and would like you to take a strict action toward yebhi.com. As the a doing fraud in open that to online. I have to pay my credit card bill for not which i have purchased. If you would required i will also provide you the creditcard detail when i purchased the shoe.
They have solved my complain after publishing at https://www.consumercomplaints.in.
i totally agree with you, i think its help customer to resolve our issues quickly without wasting time and online support team are well trained to resolve the problems of the customer. online portal help customers to save money and energy of the customer to make a follow up on call and emails !!
