Yebhi.com — Poor service - Yebhi and Aramex

This is related to Yebhi.com. It was my first shopping experience when I got carried away with the offers and ordered a simple slippers just to check how there service and the product quality is. The slippers reached in 2 days but the condition was so so pathetic. It was looking like some slippers they picked up from a seconds market, believe me even chor bazaar has better quality. I sent it back citing quality issues. They refunded in the form of yebhi points which means I have to shop on yebhi to get the worth of my money X-( grrr!!!! that was the second thing which put me offf!!! the third thing was that I ordered Aiva heeled footwear on 21st Oct 2011 and asked to deliver to my Pune address. When I am checking the track history it shows that the parcel is out for delivery everyday but I don't receive it. I dont think I stay in some Amazon forest that the address is hard to locate. When I call the Aramex guy in the evening on 2nd Nov 2011, he tells me that I will receive it in 1-2 days. When I refresh the aramex site immediately after the call, I see that the parcel was delivered in the afternoon itself. How did the customer care executive mislead me???? that means he didn't even check the details under my delivery online. I was so so angry. Then next day i.e. today 3rd Nov 2011, I called the yebhi.com customer care and the executive was talking pathetic english. This was his language, please let me know if you understand anything, ' koostomer nat gat the kurrect parsell' I was so disgusted with the language (1), then there was a chaos behind him as if he was sitting in a fish market !!!!! he was so bad with everything, not only english.....when i asked what he's going to do about it he said 3 days I will receive the parcel. I was like WHAT!!!!! you got to be kidding me..........3 days????they have written that it will be delivered within 2-3 days and here I am struggling to gift the delivery which was suppose to be a diwali gift after diwali :( If all this was not enough, the aramex delivery guy has only taken the signature of some person he has delivered the parcel wrongly. Aren;t the courier people suppose to take the name, number and the signature of the person receiving the courier. I don't know which lazy courier people has Yebhi.com appointed to send their parcels.

After this bad experience, I have decided that I am NOT GOING TO SHOP ANYTHING ON YEBHI.COM EVEN IF THEY OFFER PRODUCTS FOR FREE. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL AND DON'T KNOW WHETHER I WILL RECEIVE IT EVER :(

Good afternoon Lokesh,

Thank you indeed, for issuing the gift voucher in response to my order. I understand that is purely a one of, cases. I also want an assurance that this will not be happening again. I will keep a check on my orders henceforth and see if this repeats.

Meanwhile, if anybody has similar experiences with Yebhi.com you may directly mail [protected]@yebhi.com or [protected]@yebhi.com. They addressed my issue in less than 2 hours. I just wish I had mailed escalations alittle before this, I wouldn't have gone through this trauma for almost 2 weeks.

With this I hope, I will feel trusted in my future orders.

Thanks to the yebhi support team because of whom I am left with a smile after a long time and can concentrate on something much productive than calling the courier/yebhi call centre round the clock.
