[Resolved] Yes Bank — worst procedure and their commitment | |
I have an account in this bank and today I am paying for it. I dont no where to complain about this.Due to banks internal procedure my debit card's PIN blocked.When visited bank ,it came to knowledge that the card is hotlisted.When I enquired further,there was no valid reason found. I have again applied to issue new debit card.Till two month didnot recived any information.When visited again,a new information came,The card was issued but didnot dilevered to home and it was reverted to back to YES BANK and they destroyed it. All of the internal process happening with any knowledge of customer.I meet with MANGER of yes bank at south bank extension.HE suggessted and ensured to arrange for debit card to be dilvered at their branch. By having faith sit and wait.Now the card is again being intransit to my home town. If a manger couldnot follow his own words how the other worker will behave....... There is lot of to explain,,waste of time,money and moreover a faith of costmer Was this information helpful? | |
