WE APPLIED FOR A YOU BROADBAND CONNECTION ON 06/05/2013. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE CONNECTION CAN BE INSTALLED AFTER SEEING OUR LOCALITY. WE HAD TO PAY AN ADVANCE SUM OF RS. 2012.00/- WHERE THEY NOTED DOWN THE ADDRESS AGAIN. AFTER 3 DAYS ON 09/05/2013 THEY INFORMED THAT THE CONNECTION CAN'T BE INSTALLED AS OUR LOCALITY IS OUT OF THEIR REACH.
1. THEY MUST HAVE CONFIRMED BEFORE TAKING ADVANCE THAT THE CONNECTION CAN BE INSTALLED OR NOT.
2. THEY TOLD THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT IN 7 DAYS BUT WE HAVE RECEIVED NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM TILL 25/05/2013.
3. THEIR AGENT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR CONNECTION KEEPS SAYING CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND CONFIRM BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE IS ALWAYS TELLING OUR OPERATORS ARE BUSY AND I LOSE MONEY TALKING TO THEIR DIGITAL VOICES.
4. THEY CAME TO OFFICE TO TAKE ADVANCE AND NOW THEY ARE NEGLECTING OUR REPEATED PLEAS TO PROCESS THIS CANCELLATION.
5. THEY DIDN'T STICK TO THEIR PROMISE OF REFUNDING MONEY IN 7 DAYS WHICH THEY MADE AT THE TIME OF APPLYING. Was this information helpful? |
