You Broadband — did not provide what promised | |||
i took you broadband a year ago. got for 3 months. had good experience. renewed it for another plan for 6 months. i was given 1.5 months extra on 6 months- WRITTEN ON BILL. now somehow they didn't updated their system and shut off my connection at 6 months. complained them but these stubborn people do not listen. NCH (national consumer helpline) is useless, just waste of time in waiting that someday some 'HARISH CHANDRA' will respond. now i am clueless. any suggestion how to teach them a lesson?
