hi, i am Harpreet Singh am registering this complain on behalf of my brother Rajeev Singh whala.

i am facing problem with the internet connection since past few weeks the connectivity get lost in every 5/10 mins. I have tried calling customer care but nobody received my call and the moment it hits the answering machine i am being charged 5 to 10 rupees everyday. If they solve my problem i am OK with the charges they take but they are simply making money by harassing the customer like this..
1) They create a problem so that people contact on their numbers.
2) The moment it hits the answering machine you're being charged and she will guide you with the menu.
3) when you press the key to speak with customer care she keep on saying ''TRANSFERRING YOUR CALL TO THE OPERATOR'' and then she says ''ALL OF OUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE ARE BUSY'' ''PLEASE STAY WITH US'' ''YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US'' obviously its important cause this is how they make money..
if you don't keep the call and hold it for 24 hour nobody will answer and you'll be charged very nice amount of money.They are trained not to answer any calls This is ridiculous. How can you charge us when nobody answers. I am your existing customer for 2 and a half yrs now and have referred to many friends and This is how you guys repay.. Its not about connectivity problem Its about false charges that you take and not resolve the issue. Am highly disappointed with your services and regret i joined you guys..
