you broadband service which is providing service in hyderabad,i am one of the consumer of the you broadband since[protected],with customer name syed junaid receipt no 064825,customer account no 541866,256kpbs/1mbps night usage,i have already paidRs 4000 for 8months subscribtion,name of the concerned EXECUTIVE to whom i paid amount isNICKSON([protected])this number is not working for long time,when i changed my location and sought for the connection nobody was giving the response,they were not lifting the phone,finally they restore connection after 15days and when one of the technicain checked the speed of the package it is 192kbps,when asked they are saying this is your package,like that they are CHEATING MANY CUSTOMERS,"THEY ALSO GIVING THE FAKE PROMISES ON BACK SIDE OF THE BILLS LIKE "IF WE WILL NOT PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE MONEY WILL GIVEN BACK WOTHOUT ANY ARGUMENTS.
