You broadband does not return installation deposit even after you give them back the installed instruments. I had disconnected their services on Jan 2012 and returned the instruments, also got a receipt that my deposit will be refunded within 45 days. Today 6 months have passed still no cheque has been received. Their customer care says we dont know about this, we have to check with the hardware dept. Simply avoid this company.
