I am subscriber of You Broadband services (A/c # 76451). For past few months I am facing issue in breakdown in internet connectivity very frequently. In most of the times there will be outage atleast once in day or in two days. I have made several calls to their call centre and local office about this. With every call someone from their office comes to my home promptly to resolve the issue. However inspite of my specific and numerous requests to check and rectify connectivity issue permanently, the company do not seems to be interested in attending the root cause of the problem. They are more inclined to work on consumer experience when we call up their call centre rather than paying heed to the genuine issue involved. I have tried several times to explain them the problem, however with no success. I have given same feedback in their customer survey form also.
I just hope that some sensible soul understands that sound product quality (internet connectivity) will actually help them to lower overall costs and in turn will give lesser frustrating experience to their customers. Was this information helpful? |
