You Broadband — Not able to provide service in new address and refusal to refund the amount | |||
I have requested for a reallocation of cobnnection as i moved to a new address... but the YOU Broadband people took almost morethan 1 m,on th just to confirm that the service in not available in new address and they cant do anything .... hence i asked for the refund for the remaining 45 days as i had paid for 3 months in advance but they are refusing to do so... And now its almost 10 days after i placed request to cancel the connection and till now no one has called.... Was this information helpful? | |||
