You Broadband — not getting modem deposit money back

i given check for modem to you broadband which is of 750 rs after disconnection of my account they suppose to refund my amount within 45 days of disconnection. but after disconnection of you broadband connection i not got my money back. i disconnected my service on 12-Feb-2013 but still i not got my check... more that 15 times i made complaint on there call center but they are always saying your check is under preparation. i want help please help me to resolve the issue. please
