I disconnected my Internet connection in July 2011. The engineer came and collected the modem from my house.
But inspite of calling their Customer care and confirming the disconnection, I am receiving bills with late fee instead of reimbursing the deposit.
The engineer had warned me about the delay in the reimbursement but this is worst than I can imagine. I am being charged after disconnecting the connection.
I have attached the bill for reference.
