[Resolved] You Broadband — Non refund of modem deposit | |||
I was using You broadband (customer id,693327 ) at my house till November 2011. I discontinued it due to poor service and given modem back on 12th November 2011 for which my Rs 750/ was pending at company. They asked me to wait for 45 working days but after 80 days, I have not got it back. I called customer care, hyderabad office, nodal officer and applette authority as well as written mail to them but got no reply. THE COMPANY FEELS THAT CONSUMERS ARE FOOLS TO PAY THE AMOUNT ONLINE AND STAY AT HOME QUIETLY..16%
