This is Mehul Bharatbhai Godhani. I am using Broadband connection from YOU Telecom. I've been complaining since many days regarding the speed I am getting. Recently I have opted for their You Buzz 2mbps plan via online recharge. As per the 'YOU Buzz' plan put on their website I should get 2mbps speed constantly but they are saying it's 256kbps to 2mbps varying. Now, I checked their whole website for that plan and they have not mentioned anywhere 'Upto 2mbps'. It is clearly said 'YOU Buzz 2Mbps 5 Paise per minute 2 Months'.
Now, If I have been known that it's upto 2mbps then I'll not go for that plan. I'll choose different. But they haven't mentioned/said condition apply anywhere regarding the plan, I want to file a complain against company for 'Cheating Customers'. I have contacted many a times regarding this issue, but I am not getting any solution. So, I decided to go to Consumer Complain Forum.
Please sir, Help me with this issue as soon as possible because I am not able utilize broadband fully and the usage days are deducting from my account.
