Never pay online for YOU Telecom. If for any reason the transaction does not complete, and worst the amount is deducted from your bank account, these folks will just start calling you without trying to reconcile at their end or with their payment gateway. They'll use all your contacts and modes of communication to keep following up endlessly. Escalating this to any level will not help at all.
