[Resolved] You Telecom — Internet not working since 2 days | |
I am getting error 720 when I try to connect to the internet. A You Telecom senior engineer told me to install You Connect (a dialer software) available from www.youtele.com I went to a cyber cafe, downloaded it, installed it but still the internet i not working, same error 720. Now the engineer is not even receiving the call. I registered a complaint in You Telecom customer care centre and they said it would be resolved in 24 hours. Its more than 24 hours now and still no one is come to attend it. Was this information helpful? | |
