[Resolved] YouTele — Refund of money | |
Hi, I applied for a internet connection from YouTele (Ahmedabad) for a Rs. 1450 skim. Then I had changed my address and notified the company about that, they told me that they have connectivity in this area. But after 1.5 month the company person told me that they don't have proper network connectivity in our area. Now its 4+ months gone but they are not giving me my money back. I called them number of times but no process. Persons involved in this fraud are Saumil [protected] and Bhaumik [protected]. I have a copy of receipt that the Bhaumik gave me when applied. You tele service is one of the most negligible service that it doesn't care about customers. When ever I raise the complain against any issue.. without solving and without intimating they will close the respective complaint. And the service which ever this you tele providing is waste .. this type of internet service is waste to exists in this field... instead of that they can start some other business. I just recently raised a complaint against the speed issue to the customer care of youtele.. actually i should get browsing speed of 192 kbps and download speed around 20-30 kbps, but the thing is that i used to get browsing speed of 50-70 kbps and download speed of 5kbps and sometimes it catches as expectation. . when i complained on that they said that technical will be visiting your home .. the technician visited and can anyone guess what he done? Its amazing, he just disabled my anti virus protection and said the problem is resolved. this type the service the youtele is providing.. Now I'm in this consumer complaint site because being a customer for 1 month i complained the same issue for nearly 4 times. eventhough the problem is not resolved they used to close the ticket and again i need to raise the complain on the same. hence, i request that
1) if they are providing service they should provide at least that much so customers should satisfy. No customer satisfaction.
2) if not, just its better to quit from this field, when they are not able to satisfy customers.

YouTele — Refund money
Its been already 3 months & I do not have my refund money from youtele. I called customer center many times, but everytime what I get is a new reference number.I have 2000rs refund reciept too from youtele. The response is simply third class & no one takes the responsibility. The response is just that "refund is under process".
Its simply a cheating case as there are many such refund complaints already against youtele.
1) if they are providing service they should provide at least that much so customers should satisfy. No customer satisfaction.
2) if not, just its better to quit from this field, when they are not able to satisfy customers.
