my consumer no is 12945 and i booked the gas on 22nd of feb but till 5-3-10 i have not received the gas. I am calling [protected](Mr. unknown,he refused to tell me his name)from 25-2-10 continuesly he is telling " you will get the gas tommorow" till now.I am calling Mr.mahesh[protected] from 3rd march he is also telling me that i will get the gas tommorow till today.My cylinder has finished on 28th of feb and there were lots of geusts at my home and we celebrate our holi without gas cylinder having lunch and dinner from take away till now.Just because of their these service we are taking consumer no ?now I don't know were to complain to get my gas?Some time mr.unknown said they delived the gas some times they said your house was closed. My In-laws stay with me so my house never become closed.I am facing the terrible days.I don't know what to do? Was this information helpful? |
