The 12 telephone nos given on refill voucher remain always busy.This is a regular feature. I got my gas booked on computerized booking. The booking no is 43 dt : 22.09.10. I am unable to know the status of spply. I am without any gas now.
1. Pl epediate my refill supply immidiately.
2. Phone nos should be kept in working order.

yadu gas sewa never delivers the gas refill even after booking for a month.They never pick the phone even if i try to contact them for the whole day.I am having so much of tension on this acount .Kindly help me in getting the gas cylinder.Since we have shifted from Noida in the month of February we are always having this crisis situation.This month also i booked gas on 1st of December and again on 5th of December on 24 hrs booking and i was given booking no of 25,but to no avail .Till date no gas delivered.Kindly take some action and get the gas delivered.

yadu gas sewa never attends phone call even if i keep ringing whole day either it is not connected or if connected no response from the agency.Even if you are somehow able to book the gas there is no delivery of gas cylinder.This is causing so much of tension to my wife as how is she going to manage the kitchen.Since we have shifted from Noida this is the case ,we never had any problem in Noida or Delhi.Some action must be taken against this agency .

Indane Gas Cylinder — non deliverance of cylinder

i have consumer vide regn no. 10521 and booked for reffil on dtd 22.02.2011 vide booking no. 168 but till date i have not rcvd and after made so many calls to agency nobody has proper reply, i am facing every time this type of problems

I have booked my gas refilling cylinder on telephone in your office against consumer No. V-2159 jagdish khanna r/o 16-B, 419/7, vasundhra, ghaziabad, up-201012 few days ago. Till date no gas refill cylinder was delivered to my residence. Kndly make the arrangement to delivery of cylinder. My mobile No. [protected].

I also made gas booking ( Yadu Indane Gas Sewa) 10 days ago through on line mobile and my gas booking no. was 17, however till now i haven't got the cylinder. I called many times to that ageny but their phone no. alwaya shows busy.
Kindly advice me what should i do.

yadu gas sewa — NON SUPPLY OF GAS

Dear Sirs ,

We are facing a problem with YADU GAS SEWA , JHANDAPUR , GHAZIABAD , Uttar Pradesh .

Their phone line are alwys busy , whenever we are able to get through their phone lines and the bells rings , they do not pick their phones . Even when the gas booking is done on SMS or internet through e.mail , they do noy respond , we are left at their mercy and have to follow regularly for supply of gas to us . ( OUR CONSUMER NO. is V-2092 )

Land line numbers of this company are[protected] ,[protected] , proper action should be taken against this company , and an alternate supplier should be arranged who can supply the gas on time .

we have booked our gas book no 19888 on 5 december and still we havnt recieve the gas please i request to take action as soon as possible. regards
