[Resolved]  Yuda Anton Gas Sewa — Abnormal delay in LPG supply and no response to phone calls.

I am a LPG customer with YADU INDANE GAS SEWA, SAHIBABAD INDL AREA, GHAZIABAD. Consumer No. 56381. I have made a request to change my House request around 15th June 2008 and also booked the cylinder on the same date. I was assured the gas at my house within 2 to 3 days, but the same did not arrive. I repeatedly call to the phone numbers of YADU INDANE GAS SEWA on 25th June 08, but no response. After too many rings the lady picks up the phone. I inquired about the delivery of the booked cylinder. She replied that cylinder will arrive soon. On 26th June 08, I inquired again then the lady replied that you have booked on 25th June 08. I was surprised as my booking was around 15th June 08. She than assured that cylinder will arrive on saturday, but did not. the same saga repeat on sunday and monday and I was assured again on tuesday 1'st July 08, but did not receive any cylinder. I call again and ask the lady on phone that if they are helpless to deliver cylinder than can I collect the cylinder from the agency. She replied no and assured me the cylinder on wednesday, but i did not receive any. I was really helpless... Neither I was asked to collect cylinder from agency nor the agency was delivering the same to my house. How helpless I was. How will I manage my family for the daily chores and bread of life.

Government says not to indulge in unhealthy activities like the one persons involve in supplying and taking cylinders in black on high rates.

But sutuations like explained above forces innocent people to indulge in the same i.e. taking cylinders in black.
Shame on YADU INDANE GAS SEWA, SAHIBABAD INDL AREA, GHAZIABAD.

Government should take the ownership of LPG supplies in his hands, so that illegal use could be stopped and things could be stremaligned.
