[Resolved]  Yuda Anton Gas Sewa — Non delivery of gas cylinder due to internal mismanagement

I've recently booked a new gas connection (Conn. No. 58932) with "Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, D-33, Site-IV, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad". The first cylinder was booked for on 25-Oct-2008 and I was told that I would get the gas cylinder the next day. I was also given the carbon copy of the Delivery Voucher and I was supposed to get the original Delivery Vocher on the delivery of the gas cylinder.

Today is 1-Nov-2008 and I still haven't got the cylinder. And this is totally because of internal mismanagement at Yadu. Calling up Yadu after repeated attempts, when I told them about non-delivery of the cylinder, they gave me the number of Rajesh ([protected]) and told me to talk to him. This guy supposedly makes deliveries to Shipra Sun City where I stay. Rajesh in turn gave me the number of Jitender ([protected]) to talk to. Talking to Jitender, when I told him that I expected the original receipt along with the gas cylinder, he refused to deliver the cylinder stating that Yadu had not given him the original receipt.

I called up Yadu again, and the lady told me to call up Jitender and tell him to get the original receipt from Yadu. I called up Jitender and he refused to do that, since he had already left Yadu.

I have no idea when will Yadu remember to give Jitender the original receipt, or when will Jitender remember to take the original receipt from Yadu. The sufferer remains me who still hasn't got his first cylinder yet due to utter supply mismanagement at Yadu.
