[Resolved]  Yuda Anton Gas Sewa — Delay in Delivery of Cylinder And also giving Cylinder of Less weight Around 3 to 4 kg

hello, I've booked gas (Conn. No. 85477) with "Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, D-33, Site-IV, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad". The cylinder was booked for on 23-Jan-2014 and I was told that I would get the gas cylinder the next day. I was also given the carbon copy of the Delivery Voucher and I was supposed to get the original Delivery Vocher on the delivery of the gas cylinder. Today is 30th Jan 2014 and I still haven't got the cylinder. And this is totally because of internal mismanagement at Yadu. Calling up Yadu too many times and there is one male guys who talks in a very bulgar words to my family members (Ladies) .So please take a very hard action against your employee and every time i m getting a cylinder of less weight around 3 to 4 kg. Please take up a hard action against distributor and employee otherwise this complaint woulde be given to Chief Minister O[censored]ttarpradesh Mr. Akhilesh Yadav in very few days .
