Zen Estilo — 3rd service not prperly attended

DEAR SIRS,
I PURCHASE A ZEN ESTILO ON 27-3-07 AND 3RD SERVICE IS DUE SO I VISITED THE LOCAL DEALER TO WHOM I PURCHASED MY CAR
NO DUE CARE IS TAKEN OF MY CAR DURING 2 ND AND AS WELL AS IN 3RD SERVICE (FREE) EVEN NOT PROPERLY WASHED AND USED WAXED POLISH ON MY CAR WITH OUT WASHING AND WAXED IS VISITABLE ON MY CAR WITH PATCHES ALL OVER BODY WHEN I SHOWED AND COMPLAINED TO SERVICE MANGER/SUPERVISOR THEY SIMPLY WRITE DOWN ON THE JOB CARD RETAIL CASH MEMO THE WASHING IS DUE YOU WAS COME AGAIN WITH IN 1 MONTH FOR WASHING MY HOUSE IS APPROX 7-8 K M AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE STATION AND I AM WORKING IN GOVT UNDERTAKING IN GENERAL SHIFT AND NOT POSSIBLE MAY TO VISIT THEIR SHOW ROOM AGAIN AND AGAIN

I ALSO DOUBT WHETHER THEY DO MY CAR SERVICE PROPERLY EVEN MY CAR MANUAL & SERVICE BOOKLET IS NOT TRACEABLE AND NOTHING IS WRITTEN IN MY 3RD FREE COUPON WHICH WORKED/JOB THEY ATTENDED .
I TOLD THEM TO ADJUST MY MAIM HEAD LIGHT THE SAME WAS NOT ATTENDED EVEN NOT ADJUSTED CLUTCH, BRAKE AND EVEN ABNORMAL SOUND IN ENGINE NOT ATTENDED. WHICH I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR Mr SAHIL AND THAT STILL PERSIST THEY SIMPLY CHANGED THE ENGINE OIL WITH RF-7(07)WITH ENGINE OIL WITHOUT INFORMING TO ME AND CHARGED Rs.425/- ALSO NOT WASHING MY CAR

KINDLY LOOK INTO MAY COMPLAINED AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST
