[Resolved]  Zen Estilo — BAD SERVICE

Dear Sir,

1. I have given my vehicle Zen Estilo having registration No. MP 07 CA 2738 on[protected] to M/S Madhusudan Motors Agra for servicing and minor denting painting. I have submitted claim for minor denting painting and replacement of broken back light of same side of dents, but Bajaj Allianz General insurance company Limited has not passed/cleared the claim, as I feel surveyor wants some perk for passing the claim. You are requested to ask the reason and intimate me for next action.

2. I have asked to Madhusudan Motors Agra to do denting/painting and replace the back/tail light on my own expense. They have done very poor denting/painting work and developed a nos. of patch/spots on whole vehicle. They are doing painting work in open area, where dust are mixed with paints and creates a spot on vehicle. They have no separate chamber for painting work.

3. They have also done paid service by unskilled mechanic who make vehicle very dirty with oil/greases inside the vehicle. I have asked to service manager and customer care manager regarding this and they have simply replied that I am very sorry about that and I will monitor personally your vehicle next time.

4. In view of above you are requested to not give permission to open this type of service center.

Zen Estilo — bad servicing

I am a Zen estilo car qwner.I visited the chowgule showroom Mapusa as a appointment was taken through tellephone of Saturday 29/08/2009 for servicing 5th pay servicing and already sended me sms of appoint confermation.Today i reached there on time but the staff avoiding me by giving various reason that your vehicle could not be service today due to short of labour so came someother time we will give you appointment. for that i have to spend one more day and more rexpences.This shows a very casual attitude of the owner & staff of Chowgule showroom& I think we should stop dealing with chowgule motors.

You are requested to instruct your dealership chowgule motors to refund of my expanses taken for trevelling.
