I had given him many reminders but never received positive reply for it till date. My sincere request to please look in the matter and do the needful. Zen Estilo — Discounts
I have just bought a Zen Estillo VXI Model from one of your Dealers in Chandigarh Berkeley Automobiles in Industrial Area Chandigarh. The Discount offered was Rs 25, 000/- which was not offered as deduction in the car Price but we were forced to buy accessories woth that amount which were not even required by us saying that discounts re offered only in lieu of purchase of these. Also the dealer was very admant that insurance be done by them when that option should be left with the customer. I would want to know if Maruti has that condition that discounts would only be adjusted in the accessories if not then why was if forced on to us.Kindly revert back at the earliest
