I have recently given my Zen Estilio ZEN LXI CH01AA0467 for servicing ,My father purchased it from Auto Pace ,that's the reason i gave it for service here.

I took delivery on 28/07/2011,While driving back home i realized the cleaning wasn't done inside .Car dashboard and interiors were in the same condition as i have given them at the time of service. i felt very bad about it, it seems completely as if nothing was done. i paid service bill of Rs 4454/- and i felt upset on as if nothing was done

I have been old customer of Maruti and is very satisfied with the service other dealerships are offering(Modern Automobile) at Chandigarh

I gave for servicing along with repair. The car was in workshop for more than 4 days time. in these four days time i didn't recd call from anyone to confirm on the status as to what is the status, i was trying all the time to fix the time as to when can i come and collect the car.

Believe me i would never ever like to come back to auto pace for servicing or any related issue.
Serviceman who took my car for servicing was Amit Bhatt.
The team at auto pace is not doing its job properly which is very disheartening.
Autopace team is tarnishing Maruti Image which Maruti has worked so hard to strive for.
They won,t be able to go long this way with dissatisfied customers
