[Resolved] Zen Estilo — complaint of maruti Zen Estilo | |||
Dear sir, I purchased a Maruti Susuki Zen Estilo vehicle chasis NO, 325605 engine NO. 4164304 battery NO. I JO 8375987 JO SAE PP. The vehicle purchased by me from Indus motors, Kalamasserry on 23rd Dec 2010 and taken at 1700hrs on the same day. I have used the vehicle only one day. Yesterday i.e, on 24th December 2010 evening I have parked my vehicle in my parking shed and would like to proceed to my ancestral house during evening. But unfortunately it is to say that the vehicle was not in starting condition and the vehicle did not start even after my best efforts. My brother Paul C K who is also holding a Wagonar car which was also purchased from the Indus Motors, Kalamasserry just one year ago who also attended the Estilo Car but the same was not starting. We had complained to the Customer care service centre, they also visited our house and taken away the vehicle to show room for rectification of defects/compliant. It is sorry to say that even a new customer who purchased a new vehicle should be given the full charged battery and rectify the defects before delivering the vehicle. It is also requested that the battery NO I JO 8375987 JO SAE PP may be replaced and a good condition battery may be installed in the vehicle for better service.
