[Resolved]  Zen Estilo — Cheating from the dealer - Kiran Motors. Ahmedabad

Hi,
I have purchsed Maruti Suzuki - Zen Estilo on 13/09/2008 from Kiran Motors, Ahmedabad. Gujarat. I have send my car for the 2nd service on 15/9/2009, hence it is only 7000 Kms done in 1 year.

Last month during going on highway we noticed that at the speed of 100 car is woblling, so we have gone for wheel allignment, at that time it was noticed that all four tyres along with reems were changed.
In my family.

More over I am residing in Dubai & my family is in Ahmedabad- Gujarat. My chidren are minor & my wife doesn't know the driving. Hence the car is used by me during my visits to india, (normally once in a mnth).
The Wheels along with reems are replaced with old/substandard wheels & reems at the dealer's point during last service. We informed the same to dealer Mr. Amit the customer Service incharge of M/s Kiran Motors, Ahmedabad said it was not done in our premises & you are free to take any action you like.
M/s Kiran Motors is also reluctant to give any details & complaint no. also.

Please look into the matter & help me to get justice.
