I ordered for a redmi note4 mobile in this today 20/10/17. Immediately i got an sms and email communication showing as the order has been accepted. Then i got a call from mr varun and he told one more sms will be giving with paytm details for payment with waybill tracking number. I got the sms and i received the followup call from him twice asking for the payment to dispatch and i was assured the item will be picked by 12:30pm and will be delivered by 4 to 4.30 hours time. Since i need a set immediately today, i have done the payment and again contacted him and he told the item will be dispatched soon. Unfortunately till now the item not delivered, and i checked in courier tracking and understood the item not dispatched yet. I tried to contact mr varun many times through the mobile numbers provided, but the call was not picked. We have already notified that we have never received any such payment. Also why dont you complaint to the bank if you have made any such payment. Sir we did give you the account but no transaction yet. Also sir snaps can be editted and presented. Why dont you do complain in the nearest canara bank branch and they will also inform you that no such transaction has ever been credited to the said account.
