What about my complaint This is my order id: [protected] It's my tracking number ecom express tracking number[protected]... Now it's showing me empty details Your a/c no. Xxxxxxxxxx2977 is debited for rs.3310.00 on[protected] and a/c xxxxxxxxxx296 credited (Imps ref no.[protected]. If you not give proper response within a hour i will answer you by court or police station i have every details like 1st call to last call recording voice details and i am already post that screen shots including bank transaction and before i post a complaint on just dail. +21 photos Was this information helpful? My order id: [protected] Tracking number[protected] And i booked mi 3s prime mobile, on comps trade pvt ltd, after some hours i got mail from comps trade pvt ltd about payment method, m not able to pay the amount that day. And next day varun dhokalia called me, and i explain him 'i don't have paytm balance and i am a bedridden patient' so he understand my problem and he gave me this account details (Account name - sheetal kumar Account number[protected] Ifsc - cnrb0002076 Bank name - canara) To make the payment. Also he said your order delivered before 11.30am, i done payment in same hour (Date 4/10/2017 time11-58pm) m waiting from since morning i don't get any mail or my product... Dear customer,
We have never received a notification from paytm about any such payment. We do see an order but its unpaid. We do not ship unpaid orders. Also complaint here the proper proofs of payments which should be the snap shots of your PAYTM Passbook. Also all our lines are active 24/7 and we reply to all emails in 1 hrs average time. Sir we do take all the reviews very seriously and can go to an extent of legal action in case of fake reviews.

I received my order on time so if you actually ordered then why not go to some practical complain like compalining to Police and get them prosecuted.

Dear Customer,

We have already notified that we have never received any such payment. Also why dont you complaint to the bank if you have made any such payment. Sir we did give you the account but no transaction yet. Also sir snaps can be editted and presented. Why dont you do complain in the nearest canara bank branch and they will also inform you that no such transaction has ever been credited to the said account.
