Dear Sir,
We have purchased one dell laptop from your site.
At the time of purchasing it was in stock.
Below is the order no.[protected].
Today there was a call from your side [protected] and they told the laptop is out of stock.
I don't know what type of service you provided but this is not acceptable.
I need the laptop which I bought or refund me the value which I have paid through credit card 27890/- .

You are claiming a dell authorized dealer but I think one normal c grade supplier is better from you.
One fraud company with no knowledge of handling customer.
