False Advertising

I have purchased a Dell Inspiron System online, Although it said the product will be delivered within 24 hrs the final order reached me after more then 2 months, also while placing the order it showed Monitor E1914 H under Dell recommended Accessories as compatible i placed both the order, however when we tried to install the monitor with Inspiron system it showed its incompatible and i have spent time with dell technical support as well...

Product not Delivered

I ordered a Dell Charger online from www.compuindia.com I ordered on 5th July, 2014 and it was a FEDEX Std 1 day delivery. But My date of delivery is still N/A as shown in the screenshot attatched. Order No :[protected] Fedex Track Id :[protected] Fedex says Compuindia has not paid Octroi Audit and the item is UNDELIVERABLE. Even after several emails and calls to Compuindia from my end, there is no response. My patience is over....

Refund not received from Compuindia (Dell supplier in India)
