Hi, My brother purchase a laptop from compuindia on 22 july 2015 but unfortunately it was defected, He lodge a complaint to Compuindia. Compuindia said "send the laptop back we will refund the money.". my Brother sent it back and then he was not having the money as well as laptop ... nothing. after receiving the laptop Compuindia said "call Dell and when Dell will generate credit note for them they will refund the money.". My brother then had nothing but to call Dell; there my brother managed to generate credit note for Compuindia (he was almost calling Dell every day.). This process took almost 43 days. Now Compuindia got the credit note from Dell even then Compuindia not refunding the money. Now They said it would take 7-10 days to refund yesterday and today they didn't pick the call at all. and now my brother is worried because Compuindia already broke their promise twice. also now they stopped picking up the calls. It's really heart breaking to see him having a lot of tension; specially because of he had bought it specially for me as Rakshabandhan gift. Please help what should he do ? It seems me; They are not human who works there at compuindia. I am telling you he is really a nice person and cares about SWACH-BHARATH to pay taxes. Thanks, Vaishali

    I have brought a Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Laptop from compuindia.com The details below. In-Home Warranty along with Accidental Damage Service & Premium Phone Support worth Rs. 13000/- now at WAR2YR0011 In the Dell support portal this 2 years additional warranty is not reflected. I have mailed [protected]@compuindia.com and called at[protected] multiple times from last year there was absolutely no response. Later I called the Dell support, they have replied but till now there is no progress on this. I am regulary getting promo mails from Compuindia offering the same. I would request the concerned people to look into it.

      I have purchased a Dell Inspiron System online, Although it said the product will be delivered within 24 hrs the final order reached me after more then 2 months, also while placing the order it showed Monitor E1914 H under Dell recommended Accessories as compatible i placed both the order, however when we tried to install the monitor with Inspiron system it showed its incompatible and i have spent time with dell technical support as well as their 3rd party provider who says there is no solution to it and they cannot help or provide any resolution to the problem. When i discussed this with the company all they did is pass the buck to each other.         Purchased online a Dell Vostro on 11 December 2014 with the order number given as[protected]. Apart from delivery service it was pathetic experience of my life. The package was circulating in Delhi for past 6 days and when I threatened to file a complaint in the consumer forum out of chaos they delivered the product on 19 December 2014. When I received the product within the invoice there was service tag number provided which was not provided earlier in the confirmation mail regarding the transaction and when I checked I found it to be approximately one year old as it was shipped on 6 January 2014 and was about to expire on 07 January 2015. Then I realize why there were delaying the shipment of product. The review were also bad regarding the refund of payment. I decided not to resend the package but to enquire about the warranty, The response was also as expected there forwarded me a mail regarding the ownership detail to go ahead with the transfer of ownership on 20 December 2014. I did it after when there assure me regarding the update of warranty. There are least bother about it. Finally finding no way out. It is a kind of forgery and malpractices from the company side playing with customer money. If an individual look on the review provided by various customer, their experience regarding the trauma there went through purchase of product as well as regarding refund is beyond imagination where the delivery as well as refund has exceed beyond 4 months. Kindly look into these matter as other customer do not get cheated and if possible prohibit there website for online transaction

          I have made an online purchase of a laptop by paying rs. 58, 390/-.but later compuindia team said that the required colour of the laptop is not available with them.so I cancelled the order and its been approximately 3 weeks and they have not yet refunded my money. order no.[protected] I have mobile no. of one of their officer and he assured me for the refund but now he also switched off his mobile .             i have purchase a dell laptop online on 3 may 2014 of 51000 and they asked me to do rs 2000 as advance payment.i had paid the rupees 2000 as advance online but after some days they told me that they cant deliver the laptop at the required place.then i asked them for refund but till now they have not refunded my money.i have also call and email them but still they are not responding to the calls and emails.

              I ordered a Dell Charger online from www.compuindia.com I ordered on 5th July, 2014 and it was a FEDEX Std 1 day delivery. But My date of delivery is still N/A as shown in the screenshot attatched. Order No :[protected] Fedex Track Id :[protected] Fedex says Compuindia has not paid Octroi Audit and the item is UNDELIVERABLE. Even after several emails and calls to Compuindia from my end, there is no response. My patience is over.

                Regarding Cashback

                I made a laptop purchase at time of diwali offer. In that 5% cashback will be refunded in account in monnth of December. I paid amt through STATE BANK OF INDIA. But still i didn't get any confirmation.

                    Shipment No.[protected] Order No.[protected] hi, Ordered a laptop on the 13-5-14. Their website showed 24hrs delivery and on 14th received Shipment Date - May 14, 2014 11:46:35 AM. But, the product wasnt delivered. Called their customer support but nobody answered. so followed it with mail and received a reply stating the new delivery date as 15th. The day arrived but not the product. Tried calling again for several times and finally it was answered but it was a recorded message saying, " this number is out of range...", and then the call ended after 45 seconds . On the 16th, I again started calling them, bingo, someone answers. I ask him about the strange message and he said it is a line problem. I make it clear to him about their third rate service . He then promises to deliver it by 6 : 30 pm the same day. Again, no product. My advance of 2, 000 is lying in their account and if I ask for refund/ cancellation they deduct 1, 500 rupees. I want a complete refund for their UNTRUSTWORTHINESS . Lokesh Bangalore

                    Received the product on Saturday 17th but only after multiple phone calls to compuindia and ecom express. The courier guy told me that he received the product on 16th. Kindly improve your service and don't advertise the 24hrs delivery on your website as it is misleading.

                    I'm experiencing a same situation. It's been almost 3 days and no delivery of the product. The FedEx tracking page shows that the product is at their local destination facility.

                    I paid in full for you so mentioned 24 hours delivery.

                    This sucks :(

                      My name is Jayalal and my contact number is [protected]. I bought a laptop DELL INSPIRON 15 on 12th May 2013 from Compuindia, Bangalore. Eversince I bought the laptop I had a problem with the LCD screen, so i called DELL customer care and they came to my house and replaced the LCD screen. Now, I am facing problem in right click. I am not able to do right click in the mouse pad of the laptop. So I contacted DELL, but they said that my Warranty was expired on December 2013 itself. But, I bought it on May 2013 and the warranty should be there for a year, means it should be there until 11 May 2014. DELL customer executive clearly told me to contact the dealer from where you had purchased the laptop and ask them to update the Warranty date in their system, so that they will be able to guide m after that. So, I tried calling compuindia to fix this warranty issue for me. When ever I tried calling their number no one is picking up. They are least bothered to attend the client calls. I am very much upset because of this. I was calling them for more than a week. Please help me to get rid of this issue before my actual warranty gets expired.                         I had ordered for my laptop battery online with them. Made advance payment. It was never delivered. kept following up on email. No response. Called them up on[protected]. No response. After a painful and ardous effort, one day I was lucky that they picked up the phone. They politely informed that part of not available and they will refund the payment. have been 20 days. have called them some 18 times. no response. mailed them 5 times. no response. really frustrated. no product delivery and no refund. how can we sue such cheats and get the refund? After receiving the payment, now they are informing that the specified model has some issue and so they are insisting me to take the money back or choose some other model.
