Product not Delivered

I ordered a Dell Charger online from www.compuindia.com I ordered on 5th July, 2014 and it was a FEDEX Std 1 day delivery. But My date of delivery is still N/A as shown in the screenshot attatched. Order No :[protected] Fedex Track Id :[protected] Fedex says Compuindia has not paid Octroi Audit and the item is UNDELIVERABLE. Even after several emails and calls to Compuindia from my end, there is no response. My patience is over....
